College Grads/New Career Rochester

I work at a well-known company in Rochester. We have a hiring need for our department due to a product growth beyond expectations. It's a good foot in the door role with a company you can grow with, and very stable. Good benefits. Work isn't that bad, either. Busy, but not horrible work.

 

Recent college grads, or people a year or two out of college. I know there's probably a few parents here with kids that might fit this bill. Good leadership/bosses, I know them personally.

So what skill sets are you looking for?

Recent college graduation, that's really the skill.

 

It's entry level, so basic computer ability, ability to show up on time, be profesisonal, etc. Training is provided. One of the top training companies in America.
