DirtTime
Well here they are. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/28605.html I wonder why they have no crossbows allowed in 4J this season? Still no crossbow for the early bow seasons. Edited July 25, 2015 by ....rob
wdswtr
I sure wish they would change the northern bow season. We get 3 weekends of bow and one of those they throw in ML's with us. 6 weeks of rifle season why not just cut it back to 5 and give ML's that first week? DirtTime
That's a good point. Here's another mystery, why can you take a deer of either sex in the NZ with a muzzleloader, but not a crossbow, bow, shotgun or rifle?
orion
Why can't you shoot a deer of either sex with a bow in northern zone? As far as I know, correct if I'm wrong. My bow stamp lets me shoot a deer of either sex anywhere in state, combine that with my muzzleloader tag I have and I get an antlerless tag anywhere in state. orion
Oh I see it says in certain antlerlered deer only zone. Didn't know they had them.
