QDM Co-op

Hello, 

 Im curious if there is a way to find a QDM co-op's listing for land owners that allow public hunting. im new to hunting outside of the private land ive been hunting for years do to it being sold. and im now finding success on public land. i would like to find other properties to hunt.

I don't think too many QDM properties would have public hunting. After the expenses and work of plots and propery management, most are kept private. But perhaps you could find a lease property to your liking. Quality land access is the most challenging aspect of hunting these days.

actually it's not open for anyone still have to ask.  however, many co-op properties have crop farms as part of their acreage.  many of these farmers are open to allowing you to hunt if you ask and agree to follow the co-op rules.  usually they're open to all the doe harvest that's legally possible.  ours tends to have a mixture of these as well as non-hunter properties that have no hunting.  we use them as sanctuaries to offset that take.
