My favorite is just to throw a bambi steak on the grill and cook it up.  10 minutes later I'm eating.  not complicated.  nothing difficult. 

All the roasts, and stew, and back straps, and shanks, etc.  too involved. 

If you have an easy receipes, I'd love to hear them.  but it must be easy, and quick !

I am with you!! I cook 60% plus of my venison just mairinated and slapped across the grill. Maybe 5 minutes, I like a little blood in the middle!!

I do enjoy lots of other things though and usually am always trying things with everything nut the steaks and loins. My kids really like venison tacos and you can not get much easier than that as well. Stews and soups.......mmmmm
