CuseHunter
Well I found a heck of a deal on Lancastersrchery, there was a Viper Venom 5 pin on clearance 50% off, and an Axion Vue 5 pin sight that was over 50% off. After calling my friend, we both decided to buy them as I've been looking to replace the same sight I've had on my bow since I bought it 4 years ago. My buddy said he doesn't care which one he takes, it's my choice. So which one would you chose? I've heard good things about Viper sights and not much about Axion. gfdeputy2
is the Axion a tool less adjust? I believe the Venom is if the axion is not take the Venom! I bought the Fuse Helix micro adjust for my Mathews & has saved my butt a couple times no digging out Allen wrenches anymore
dbHunterNY
I don't have much experience with either but I think the Viper sight has 2nd and 3rd axis adjustments. the axion I'm not so sure. if the axion doesn't have this I'd go with the viper. that'll help keep your shots where they should shooting up and down hill, ridges, or from a treestand. same fiber design so as long as the pins are the same diameter they should be close to the same brightness. CuseHunter
I think for the most part they are very similar. Just seeing if anyone had input. I think they both have the 2nd and 3rd axis adjustment. Either will be an upgrade from what I have. Neither have the micro-adjustment that I'm aware of.
