hunting_101
I went to a spot today and noticed I can't get in the woods it is so overgrown. There has to be a ton of deer jumping all around that I can see. The road is less then ten feet from the trail that walks around the woods. So clear shooting and safety are compromised here. Who creates or clears the trails. I looked for rules and regulations for ny dec land but I don't read anything that even references maintenance of trails. Anyone have any answers. nyslowhand
Pretty sure that unless there are no advertised hiking, horse, etc trails or rustic camping areas- Nothing is maintained.
