That scheduled the spring turkey Youth Hunt on Easter weekend?  >:(

I had planned to take my nephew upstate the entire weekend but now we have to be home for the holiday on Sunday.  Even if he was to get a bird on Saturday I would have liked to have stayed and taken him fishing on Sunday.  I really hope the weather is good on that Saturday. 

What a bummer!!!  :(

whos the genius who scheduled easter weekend on youth turkey weekend?  Youth turkey has always been the weekend before regular season, always will be. Easter is whenever they feel like

Easter is always on the first Sunday, after the first fool moon, after the first day of spring. Unfortunately this year it happened to fall on Youth Hunt Weekend.
