    Nothing wrong with him hunting extra deer. But he is clearly someone who might take too many or out of season. If I were you I wouldn't say anything. But I would pay attention for shots out of season, or if you notice improper tag, and report to DEC. Him taking extra deer affects your hunting experience. Be prepared to possibly lose access to the property. Also, I don't know how hunting is in your area, but he seems to have a lot of deer luck, so if I were you I would keep my eyes open for any suspicious piles of feed.

    I had an old timer tell me that he elevates gut piles a little bit to let the smell travel further because it attracts deer.

    You arent allowed to use the either sex tag during the rifle season. No matter what hunting tool you use.

    LOL. Sounds like someone was putting up some stands for a little turkey season bow hunting, went home because they forgot some tools, and while they were gone someone stole their stands. Ehh well, should have labeled i guess.

    Umm. How do you know it was rangers? And how do you know someone(Ranger OR Owner) wasn't making several trips to carry all of the gear out of the woods?

    Baiting deer is illegal. Technically your neighbor could be fined also.

    Long Island is one of those places that someone might call police and even sue you because their poor child had to see a dead deer. But Long Island hunting land is hard to come by. Did you see the video of the hunter getting harassed by a dad and his kid out on the island. And he wasn't even hunting at the time. Imagine that same family saw you dragging bambi to your car?

    I'm assuming you are bow hunting. Law says you cant discharge within 150 feet of an occupied dwelling(or have permission from owner). But be aware your neighbors are very likely to call the police. So make sure to measure correctly. Edit. Make sure town doesn't have their own random rule. Sent from my SM-G930U using Tapatalk

    Def make a call. Say that you know they ride through your property sometimes, and ask them if they have seen people walking around the property in the last month. So make sure that they know, that you know, that they use your property, but don't flat out accuse them. Chances are most of the guys are good guys and their is 1 or 2 pieces of s**t in the club.
