Saw this hen yesterday afternoon at our birdfeeder. Just wish I had a better camera.

Your camera's just fine. Looks like a young bird. Been told bearded hens are rare. Seem more common as of late.  Do turkeys visit the feeder on a regular basis?

I used to have 20 or more turkeys at the feeder on a daily basis. Then for some reason , the numbers declined over the past couple of years.

We're on the decline list.  Hopefully, this year will be a rebound.
