It's time to start making....

The Blueberry brandy and flavored vinegar's...Blueberrys are loaded and I've picked 10#'s all ready...This will have me taking out the frozen left over ones to make brandy and vinegar...plus wild and heritage raspberries for the flavored vinegar's...We eat a lot of greens and salads those vinegar's make wonderful dressing and topping over cooked greens.

I just realized that i have hundreds of wild blue berry plants I never knew I had.  I cleaned up around them and wonder how they will do next year.  Proby is why I have lots of bears on the trail cams.  Finally saw one in person yesterday.

Wild blue berries are delicious...smaller but full of flavor..We had a spot in South Dansville loaded with them years ago...camp has a few .
