Leasing fields

 A friend of mine is looking to lease some of his open fields for livestock in the Hudson Valley, but is unsure of how much is an appropriate amount to charge per acre. The land has easy access to the road, already partitioned using rock solid fencing, water on the property and 2 barns if any of that makes a difference. Thanks for the help.

Here's a link to the Farm Service Agency. Just call the office for that area and they can give him a good idea of the average rent there.
