Hunting Lease Contract Sample

Does anyone have a hunting lease contract that they would be willing to share.

I have a potential property I am working with a farmer on and would like to put something in writing with him.  Instead of randomly searching the internet for a template that may or may not work, was hoping someone on here has a blank version they would be willing to share.

I can get ours from my buddy who handles ours for us, might need a couple days though he doesn't have a scanner or anything

Not sure if this worked.  I tried attaching a copy of a lease that I used a few years ago.  It was a template that I found online.
