At what point this year should I stop seeing bear

I know there's no specific answer here but I've had bear on the trail cam on and off since spring.  At what point will the bear hunker down?  It's cold windy and snowing but can't the bear handle a little of this weather?  Plus it went from 70 to what we have now in a matter of hours.  I would imagine it would take a little time to start the hibernating process.

I saw a sow and two cubs a few days ago. From what I've read they can shut down pretty quick.

They don't truly hibernate, if we get a warm day or two they'll come back out and forage
