Bacon wrapped, stuffed deer loin. Stuffed with garlic, onion, gorgonzola cheese, and baby spinich. Perfect side to thanksgiving turkey.

In the pan far a few minutes per side, then 20 min in the oven. I don't have a smoker, wish I had a smoker...hear that SANTA!!
