sweet old bill
last weekend we got another foot. That was the low end, if you were higher in the catskill mtn you may have gotten even more. The Oneonta reported that downtown they got 19 inches. This week it shows several days of over 32 degree and some days of rain showers to by the weekend it may be down to less than a foot on the ground. A lot are asking when will it end this year. I just am asking for some brown ground in spots. This is not a good year for the deer.
shenders
Sweet old bill, I agree it is not good for the deer. Hopefully the impact wont be that bad on the herd.
pistolp71
Just got back from a weekend in the Davenport area (Meredith). About a foot of snow, probably less. The fields were exposed and there was a ton of deer feeding and looking healthy.

shenders
Just came home today from my property in davenport. Still about a foot on top of the mountain and very little to none on the bottom. Saw ten deer in the field feeding which is a good sign.
