What's the timing on ride sharing?

90 days from enactment. The Senate will pass the bill tonight, and then deliver it to the Gov. After that, the Gov has 10 days (not including Sundays/holidays) to sign or veto. But... In all likelihood, 90 days from tomorrow.

I haven't read the language, but there might also be a delay if the overseeing agency fumbles around with regulatory implementation.
