Sorry it took a bit to get back on this.

They use the term "assault rifle" because that's what they have been programmed to say. To just say "rifle" or "gun" won't get a front page story all the time anymore. Kind of like how doomsday preppers don't know the difference between news and facts! 

 

All this did was fuel Cuomo's fire! This moron committed this act using a "turkey spur" grip. It will not help in repealing the "Safe Act".
