fly fishing this week end

hey everyone im going up to durham i fish ten mile creek and catskill creek was wondering how the rivers are and what i could use in the way of flies i know its july thank you

I've not fished those rivers but I'd have some terrestrials, ants and beetles for sure, and the old standby caddis. Also some wooly buggers. I don't know of a stream that those won't get you into fish in the northeast
