t_barb
What types of clover do you like to plant for Plots? Landino has always worked well for me..

rotorooter23
https://meritseed.com/classic-whitetail-perennial/ This is what I tried this year. Seems to be coming in nicely. It is best suited for more moist soils but has your ladinos, berseem, and red clover in it.

SplitG2
at $97.00 an acre for that meritseed blend is crazy. looks to have mostly red clover in it since they call for 20LBS an acre. Do your homework people.
sailinghudson25
I do both ladino and red. A fresh plot gets both. Red grows faster until ladino takes over. Maintenance frost seeding, I only use ladino. A plot I only plan on keeping one year, I do red only. For lawn, log trails, and in spits I plant trees and cover shrubs, I use Dutch white. Almost always use common ag sedan from away coop. If it's a dry summer, I buy the coated whitetail institute, but still add some agway seed.
