Selling my summit titan sd climber.......well I'm going to lol

In the mean time I got some new stands. All weights taken on a scale that has been accurate on all items thus far.

For a hang and hunt setup.

Millenium m60u with hawk helium sticks.

Picture shows size 13 boot.

Stand weighs : 13.3 lbs without the mounting block. I'm placing the blocks and will carry stand in an out.

Sticks.: 10.4 lbs.

So figure 24lbs. Lighter than my climber with its mods

And then my more permanent setup for private land I won't be moving it around.

Stand is m100u

Weighs 15.4 lbs on the scale. Again the block is not included.

Over all I am happy with the upgrades. Feels light and solid on both counts. And a bigger point is the comfort. Great feel.

Do have a question for those with the brackets.

Had this gap between it and the tree.

I'm thinking it just needs to be tightened and the strap more level on the tree.

Nice looking gear.  I'm eye balling those stands also...........

As far as the gap between the bracket and the stand, all I can say is that with the Screaming Eagle stands I've been using for over 25 year, after I hang the stand I will put the platform down and take my heal and SLAM it down just about as hard as I can do right ta the back of the stand, near the bracket.  I don't use brackets and my stands use a chain at a slight downward angle.  Meaning that where the chain goes around the tree it is then angled down to where the stand rests against the tree.  When you "set" your heal, it jambs the stand tight against the tree.
