Anyone belong to a hunt club in the dacks.  Love to hear some stories.  I'm in one by stillwater reservoir.   Lover it up there.   Tempted to try public lsnd, at least once....

Not sure how many are in clubs but we have a few that hunt the area.  I have been in Tupper lake, Indian Lake, Warrensburg, Inlet, moose river plains, long lake and a few other places.  Big woods!

They sure are.  I do feel confined to my 800 acre lease though.

 

I wander around and don't get the sketchy where am I feel....  

However, knowing that 800 a red over a few years has taught me volumes on patterns there.  What signs, what spots, what other animals look like sign.  So, confinement can be good.

I am up by Stillwater as well - On the Independence, love it up there - Got a good crop of beechnuts this year too!
