Here we go my ? Is why is a Doe/Dmp permit transferable and why not a Buck/regular tag not transferable ?My opinion is if you/the hunter can pass/give a tag to another licensed hunter why not the regular season/Buck tag

Never thought of that.

Is it possible with the doe permits they are looking to thin the herd and reduce the ratio of does to bucks?

They want does to be taken to reduce the heard.  If someone wants another deer, they wat to make sure it's a doe.
