I've seen some of the biggest deer of my life in that county. They are there.

We always have bucks we label “our buck.” Wether we find their sign first, have the first pics, whatever. Obviously we know anyone can kill it at any time and we don’t “own” the deer. Give me a break. 

Yup x2, I have deer on camera that we labelled Holly's buck (a deer my wife wanted to shoot) and my buck. No different than naming them some whacky name except you don't call it "my" or "whoever's" deer.
