New Gun Control Law in Massachusetts

The problem with this law is that what protection would a gun owner have if someone makes an incorrect or even false report?  What penalty would that false reporter receive?  What compensation would the falsely accursed gun owner receive?

Strange how this bill passes with so much concern for those who at risk for suicide due to their mental illness, but they pass recreational use of marijuana!  Sorry, but those who need to get intoxicated which every marijuana user does, is a sign of mental illness.

It should be called "Responsible Gun Owner Control", because it won't prevent crimes or suicides. 

Someone wants to kill themself, so the state comes and takes their guns, then leaves them alone to figure out how to do the deed without a gun.  Stupid.

Someone with a grudge, or just a psychotic hatred of guns, flags you for no reason and you go through hell and all your money, trying to prove you are innocent.  No penalty for the person who maliciously harassed you, which is a crime.  Stupid.

Ignoring the Constitution's protections by not using due process to disarm someone, and taking private property without compensation.  Stupid.

People who support such tyranny and oppression.......STUPID!!

This one really needs to go before the SCOTUS, and soon.  These idiotic anti-gun leftists need to be smacked hard for passing these laws in the first place.
