No sound on youtube feeds???

Everything else on the computer is working, but I'm not getting any audio from youtube downloads. What's up?

Any help, suggestions, or information would be welcome.

Still no audio today and I don't know if it's just me or if it's a youtube thing. I get a lot of my news and information through youtube, (no TV), and while I can read the captioning it's annoying to not have the audio.

I'm as useless as tits on a bull when it comes to A/V stuff on computers but it seems like I had similar trouble at one time.  I don't recall if it was in my computer settings or in you tube..........

If you go a back door route, does it work?

I don't know what's going on. If I mistakenly pushed a button or something I could fix it. I've never posted on youtube so I can't imagine it's about revenge/retribution or whatever else Google is up to. I'm just confounded. It's hard to listen to news shows while cooking breakfast when there's no sound from the news show.

Turns out that it's just Firefox. Went to Internet Explorer and got my sound back. I'm looking into why that would happen.
