Went to see Jim @Hitching post meats in Howard yesterday to drop off a doe. Nice guy, and nice, clean little shop he is expanding. Got a super fast turnaround and a nice price. Jim, I'm being picky with a particular buck this year, but if I should get him, I'll bring him over to you!
