Goose eggs?

Anyone ever eat a goose egg? Just wondering what they’d taste like. One would make a big omelette. There Canada goose eggs. They won’t hatch there anyway it’s to hot and we have to turn the burms.

Never had a Goose .... egg that is LOL !   Had plenty of Duck Eggs but no Goose Eggs .

Two out of six made it. Now they just have to avoid the hawks.
