Stewart/Sterling Pheasant Hunt 10/28

My buddy Ryan and I pushed some fields today first at Stewart’s and then Sterling. Had a good time as always. There weren’t many shots fired over at Stewart’s. Seems like a lot of people didn’t see any birds. After pushing a few fields we made our way over to Indian Hill- Sterling. Heard a couple shots. I took down a hen bird and tried flushing another. Glad we walked out with one. We always try the best we can with no dog. A day in the woods is better than a day at work. Back at it next week.

I'll be at stewart  Wednesday  looking for birds was there today looking for turkeys . I have a dog he is still learning he flushes them but after you shoot one he sits next to them instead of bringing  it back . He has not learnt that because I am not a good shot yet on birds . But we are learning together
