Following a topic

I am having problens with following "follow this topic" I never get the email or text. Is anyone else having this problem????

Then make sure you have Auto follow topics I reply to. Notification frequency checked off and on immediately. Then put a check mark next to the email box under Notification method to use for replies to followed topics.

BTW - Last night I went to C&B, went to call you, and realized the PM's didnt convert over with your phone #! PM it over again please
