wuggzwest
Hello all, My name is Mike and Im from Queens, New York. My girlfriend and I are both looking to Join a hunting club somewhere upstate within 2-3 hours driving range. We are looking to hunt (deer, bear, turkey, coyote) and some bird hunting if the club allows it. I understand that a lot of club memberships are through referrals or through family but unfortunately I can't find anyone I know thats a member to a club and I don't have any family thats involved in an active club. I can't find anything on google or yahoo and living in the city doesn't really help with meeting people who hunt (other then this site!) If anyone is looking for new trust worthy members please contact me back. I appreciate any information you can help me out with. You can either message me back on here of email me directly @ [email protected]. Once again thank you in advance. - Mike

Elmo
Based on their website, it seems membership is by invite only. "Prospective members must be sponsored by at least three current members" Otherwise, I would totally join. Most convenient one for me to get to. A6A6
Based on their website, it seems membership is by invite only."Prospective members must be sponsored by at least three current members" Otherwise, I would totally join. Most convenient one for me to get to. Give them a call. They will probably ask you top come down to a meeting and feel you out. at that point you'll meet many members and get your three letters right there... Sometimes they actually even waive. Just call and speak to a officer.

Squash
There's tons of hunt clubs looking for members in the Northern Zone, (Adk's & Tug Hill) but it's going to double your driving time.
