sits in trees
It is a lot of fun. What rifle do you have? i know of atleast a couple other guys that use the frontloaders all season right to the middle of December. also give you the chance to get out for that late season i love when there is snow on the ground and most other hunters are x-mas shopping with the wives....nice quiet time in the woods and deer are settling back down.. beachpeaz
I agree 100000%. I use my Muzzlodader during our regular rifle / shotgun season in WNY. I have a TC Omega. I absolutely love my muzzleloader. I hunt mule deer in Utah every other year with it also and you can not have any optics with magnification. I purchased a Bushnell Holosight (made by Eotech, the company that puts the same sight on the military's M16's). Although it is not a "scope" with magnification, it is a lethal sight on my muzzleloader and i even use it here in NY where you can have a scope.
