Ruffed Grouse Society in 4H

Just wondering if the Ruffed Grouse Society still manage an area near Rensselaerville. Haven't been there in years. Was thinking about going back and talking a walk around.

If you mean in Partridge Run WMA in Berne. Yes, they do. Thick stuff - great exercise! There are Grouse there, bt it takes some effort that's for sure.

I flushed 2 during shotgun season in Partridge run. Scared the hell outa me! About 10 minutes apart.

I love hunting partridge run. Great place to hunt and fish. Lots of area and not a lot of pressure.
