i've always liked blinds for turkey season but this is the first year that i have used them for bow and rifle deer season, and i really really like the way they conceal movement! you can pour a cup of coffee, kick back and when put out early enough before the season the deer seem to totally except them.

how many of you guys are using them for deer?

Blinds rock.Just make sure you put out some orange on it this time of year if its a pop up blind.I sit in tree tops of some trees cut for fire wood. Not as conceiling but works and its free.Going to get a good pop up for next year.I want one that has addequite room for bow hunting.I use rage BH's so i didn't use a pop up this yr.Might just switch to a fixed next yr since my son will be 12 and wants to hunt archery.Blinds are so much saffer and easier to hunt out of for a young kid.

I have one for quite a while now,I leave it up all year in the same spot,it is a dog house blind,I would get one a little larger in width and height,if you had a regular chair in it you would hardly be able to see out the side windows.I have set up a trail camera along side of it and have deer bedding 6 feet away from it.They get use to it being there.
