I saw this on a other board and thought I would pass along.

Henry Ball passed away on 1/8/12 , he was the pioneer of the smokeless powder now used in todays Savage 10ML-11 and other smokeless muzzle loaders.Plenty to read about him on the net if one has time to enjoy some great topics.

Its sad to see minds like his move on in todays age of computers.
