Got two realtors looking forward me

Prefer a house in or near Cayuga Cty with 50   -60 acres or more wooded hunting land.

 Don’t really want an old house prefer modern newer open floor plan.

The market is crazy expensive and I’m willing to pay up but can’t find anything .

live in a village now and hate it,, too many neighbors too close by

Its the same in my area. Everything is selling fast and for more $ then one would expect.  

I've had two realtors stop by to ask if we're considering selling. Tempting when once they said what we could get for the place.  I'm just hoping the market is as good in 4 yrs when the wife can retire.

Yea I doubt it will stay this way but who knows,
