They never explained what the new constraints were. It's hard to imagine what could cause them to dump such a popular and apparently lucrative activity. Sounds like demand is not a problem since they were turning away individuals and bus companies from participating. Oh well.

Used to be able to archery hunt there by a lottery draw. Never been by there at night, but I'll bet they glow in the dark. Army used to store nukes there.
