Herb Philipsons ammo

Anyone ever check out the ammo prices at Herb Philipsons? I dont get in there much, but I stopped in the other day ( to check out a Saiga 223) and their prices are pretty good. A box of Federal 22-250 that I got for $21 at Dick's & Gander sells for $24 was only $18,regular price. I checked out Remington 30-06 and 7mm and It was pretty cheap too. All their ammo is behind the counter and I did'nt want to bug the guy too much or I would have compared more.

That store chain has some good sales and regular prices from tiem to time. I worked for them 2000-2001 while in college and had a blast.

They always have good bargains if you are looking to save some money, but i always find that i am to late getting there and they are outta stock, or the associates hide it for themselves.....

I would too LOL!!...and my mistake ....Gander wanted $25 for that ammo not $24 (of course)
