Ammo in Laundry

If you left a couple of rounds (centerfire) in your pocket and it got tossed in with the wash, is it still any good? (It didn't make it's way into the dryer)

I have had friends do this before with both rifle and pistol rounds and they always functioned fine, personally i would reserve them for target rounds but i have never heard of one not functioning properly.

Should be fine... Wouldnt use on a hunt tho...

Thats your problem..should have put them in the dryer to. Seriusly though they'll be fine I've washed a bunch.

Thanks. That's the problem when you put a slob (me) with a neat freak (my gf) together in the same household.

Should be fine. I've left shot gun shells submerged in the bottom of a wet canoe (more than once) for a whole day and they still fired.
