Lake Mercer NJ

Heading to Lake Mercer for a crew regatta tomorrow. No spectators allowed on the shore but I hear it’s a good bass lake for kayaks. Seems like an opportune DOUBLE DIP moment...get some fishing time in while bucking the Covid system to watch my kid race.

Any intel about where to put in that is away from the crew launches?

Just so happens that the finish line looks quite fishy.

Didn’t allow the kayak launch but F THEM. Can’t stop me from parking at the tennis courts and walking the woods to the lake’s edge. This needs to end

Seems like an “understood” rule when regattas are happening to leave the lake be. Could I push it? probably but why...still got this close with a cellphone camera
