bkspyder
Here it is. https://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/wildlife_pdf/bbrpt2020.pdf Anyone read it? Using it to scout? I might be losing my buddy with land in 3h to the west coast so the public hardway might be my only ticket.
Salmon_Run
I don't use the stats specifically for scouting or hunting; I utilize the same general area in Hamilton County every season. I did notice bear activity in my town drop significantly since 2019. Looking at the trends on the report they show significant harvest fluctuations from year to year that mirror my scouting observations and trail cam activity. I know that food sources change every year dependent on nature's bounty (beech nuts/choke cherries/apples). Trends are always interesting to look at; I also feel that last year and the pandemic created more hunting activity than other years.. Thanks for sharing.....
