Next to that you can see in the picture we have a clover plot and we are now trying a new thing this year in that we are mowing the clover plot in strips as opposed to mowing the entire clover plot. We hope that the non mowed strips of clover will keep the deer happy. We think that had we mowed the entire clover plot the deer might begin to eat the turmips to early waiting for the clover to re-grow from the mowing.
