mowin
Rear track is on top of the front one, and I'm not seeing any claw marks. Do bobcats step on the front track while walking? Not the best picks. Key fob for size reference.
mowin
Well I guess picks would help, lol
Water Rat
That’s not a bobcat track , looks more like a coyote track to me. Here’s some bobcat tracks for comparison.

Those look a lot different then what I posted. Pic you posted has 4 toes. My pic looks like thers only 3? I know cats won't show claw marks, and since I didn't see any I automatically though bobcat. Thanks for the clarification. Is it common for coyote for the back paw to step in the front? The walking tracks(didn't take a pic) look like one paw in front of the other, almost like a two legged critter, lol.
Water Rat
This article can explain it better than I ever could. Here’s a photo of a 5 toed bobcat I came across and a photo I took where a coyote slipped on the ice. Your correct about bobcats not showing claw marks in their tracks and coyotes usually have the 2 middle toes showing claws.
Water Rat
Bobcat tracks don’t usually overlap.

Thanks for posting that.
