Gun Cleaning Question

I've always to my guns apart to clean hand wiped all the parts and put back together. I got a can of Winchester spray cleaner which claims to be able to clean the gun without having to take it a part. My questions are 1. Does anybody else use aerosol cleaning cans to clean their guns and how do they compare? 2. Do you just spray it into trigger assembly, barrels and other hard to get to parts and you're done without wiping it away? It claims to be a cleaner and lubricant also. How well does it lubricate? Just seems wrong to spray it into triggers and firing pin areas and leave it seems like it would stay wet and collect even more debris.

In all honesty...NEVER spray or oil the internals of the bolt! Learned that the hard way when I had a bolt freeze. As far as a light spray on the trigger assy. maybe, not sure there,never done it. I wipe things off and call it good. Unless you're someone who shoots a lot and I mean like a thousand rounds a week kinda thing, I wouldn't worry much about wear on moving parts....I do oil the trigger assy from the outside and then wipe it off, leaving the inside alone. I oiled a Mod 700 bolt from the fire pin hole  and had the bolt freeze. Further inspection in the field of said bolt showed that when the trigger was squeezed, the bolt would move , but at the speed of smell, thus not fast enough to do anything to the primer. Big mistake, good lesson learned.

Depends what type of gun, handguns with high amounts of rounds fired I use hopped and a bore brush, wipe dry, a touch of remoil on the guide rains and barrel, bolt guns that I don't shoot much just a lightly oiled patch down the barrel or bore snake.
