I am just saying whats the hurt in it allowed in that season. muzz gun has better range better Accuracy anyway . Just like some hunt with bow in rifle season why not let it in muzz season . Muzz gun is not a better weapon as far as hunting goes speed not enough issue its the first shot that counts . And you dont have as good of range with shotgun so why not . Yeah like a center fire Muzz gun with A scope on it is traditional its modern gun . Even the way the muzzle loader companies advertise them says so.

You said it yourself after many years and your like a ace hunter most guys are not going to be faat enough at it to make difference and your not gettimg better range or Accuracy out of a shotgun then modern muzz gun either i dont see the hurt of it being Included it is in its own way a primtive firearm .

They have speed loaders for muzz guns its the first shot that counts you know that. Your not going to be reloading single shot fast like other guns. And the speed difference between a muzzle loader and a single shot isn't enough to make a difference in my opinion the deer would be long gone after the first shot with Either. . No comparison to a bolt a lever a pump or Auto loader.

So we agree no more crossbow in archery season ? I thought archery season was supposed to be about tradition? how come we dont have a only stick bows seaaon ? Ballistics should be the main factor in these seasons . If x and z cant shoot better then y it should be allowed . Or go back to having real old school Traditional seasons.

Most people will already have a shotgun and the ammo that can be used for big and small game you can pick up a single shot for 90 bucks at walmart sometimes . No muzzle gun is that cheap plus all the other stuff will cost u a arm and leg When they let crossbows in bow season your Argument went out the window btw. Hunting now is about food nothing else lets face it .

U can use a Crossbow in muzzle loading season right crossbow in bow season . Dont see why single shot shotgun would hurt . It's not given you any more range Accuracy than a muzzle loader . All its doing is Letting some poor guy hunt more with less cost to get in the sport.

There is no real advantage to using a single shot shotgun compared to a modern Muzzeloader except cost . You dont have go out and buy exstra ammo powder and weapon and bunch of Accessories . It will Give people with low income another chance to fill the freezer and Doesn't give a unfair advantage in my Opinion. Also will get more people into the sport and Probably get them to buy A muzzle loader later on anyway when they have the money .

But 90% of people are using modern Muzzleloaders with scopes not the old school stuff . And if thats the case why make people many who are poor go out and get another weapon to fill the freezer .

I would add single shot straight walled cartridges like 45-70 to that new season .

Single Shot Shotguns Should be Allowed During Muzzle Loader Season

I saw weather warning flashing on my truck screan the night b4 decided not to bother always tomorrow its 1 hour 15 minute drive in good weather to my hunting a spot with snow forget about it be on the road all day Probably.

Im good my rifle case has a lock on it but i lost the key at the Moment so im using bike cable lock much strunger anyway. Of course the rule is dumb because they will just take the whole case and break the lock off when they get home .

ron desantis would be better but trump if he acts more like a politician and biden keeps making things worse could win again . it's just the odds would be way higher if ron desantis gets the Nomination .

At this point I don't care as long as it's not Biden who i becomes president again Or any of his minions .

I use to hunt with 6 guys now down to one besides me , they Either passed away or just not in best of health to go anymore.

I never really notice how much of this site was just like the same 20 or 30 people posting on here anyway thats like basically what you see on that other site now with the Occasional different person posting They got the impression that they're gonna get more views over there but I don't think makes a Difference if anything they're gonna get less views over there Because that site doesn't even come up on search engines.

The other site dont come up on search engines the loging in with your email instead of nickname is Annoying to dont care for the layout that much either overthere . I guess ita ok like a backup site if this one goes down.
