There is an article in today's D&C about a Bill that suggests a tax of 5 cents a round for ammo purchases . Also a tax of 2 cents a round for 22 cal rounds . Check it out .

I signed on a GeoCache site in 2008 , did a few and then none . You use to have to log the coordinates on a GPS and then look . Now , you can put an Ap on your phone and do your searching without messing with coordinates and your phone will show the distance and direction . It's something my wife and I can do while going far a walk . The micro caches can be tricky to find .

Does anyone look/search for GeoCaches in the off season . Our friends in Ft Meyers do it all over the states they drive through . I got a refresher course and we found a few . It's a fun thing to do . Someone hides a cache , puts up the grid coordinates , lists a name for the cache and a possible hint . When you find it , you sign your user name and post that you have found it . Some are easy . Some are very difficult . A fun thing to do in the off season . Beats the heck out of whining on a hunting site !

It was 86 degrees at the beach in Ft Meyers today. No snow but the sand was white . Sent from my SM-G975U1 using Tapatalk

I tried the Wegmans batteries in the CuddeLink cameras and new batteries showed low charge . In my original post I was comparing the price comparison of $6 between two different BJs stores .

My regular cameras take 8 AA batteries. The cellular cameras that I have that send pictures to me use D batteries. I have 7 regular cameras in Geneseo and 8 regular cameras in Walworth . Sent from my SM-G975U1 using Tapatalk

There is no way that I would buy 12 "D" batteries for my cell cameras. Sent from my SM-G975U1 using Tapatalk

My 3 CuddeLink cameras each take 4 "D" cell batteries . I found that Duracell batteries work well in the cameras . At home I found the best deal for those batteries was at BJ's Wholesale for $20 / dozen . I used a $2 off coupon and got them for $18 . When we got to Ft Meyers , we stopped at BJ's . I bought the same batteries for $14 . What the heck ! I have plenty of batteries for next season for the CuddeLink cameras .

I just read an article on Deer & Deer Hunting about deer whistles . Research was done and they said the Deer Whistles are pretty much worthless . We were talking about Deer Whistles at work one time . I told one of my fork lift drivers that if you put the whistles on backwards , it would attract deer . He looked at me like he thought it was BS but also thought it was logical ..
