Yea the deer were both butchered at our house I have property in Middlesex an hour away I never gut alone I'm not good at it as in why I dressed good practice and mine I did alone hence no gloves in pic and the pressure off was because we both have tag soup usually in this household

To a certain degree the cold is needed cause why do muskrats and beaver prime late Dec January..... mink are first to prime anyway so IMO both are needed for quality pealt

27 dg nights and 33dg days makes the fur prime up the extra time you wait to take the fur makes the pealt much better..
