  1. Congrats! Those broadheads carved a nice hole!
  2. I've owned a couple of them, Remmy and a Stevens. A pleasure to shoot and they get the job done if I do my part. Had good results with 120 corelok and 117gr Hornady. The light hollow points will REALLY thump a woodchuck.
  3. I should say that we got em at a Price Chopper. Not flamin, just the facts.
  4. Geeze.. My Wife and myself have been eating these for quite a while. Anyone else notice a difference in taste? I realize they have expanded as far south as Fla.. After being sold to OIN and the Coach, it seems like things have changed! These are not the Dogs that we have loved. Just me and the little woman, or has anyone else tasted a not so good as it used to be. Batch ex Dec 23rd. Tasted like crap.
  5. Hey Beach, that does suck. I hit one a couple of years ago and lost the track. He was found about 4 days later in the river. He musta died crossing the river and we never saw him. Had tracked him a long ways though. just a thought.
  6. Ahh fer crying out loud. Bickering like that will grind it to a halt. By 2050 75% of the people in the US will be living in a city/urban area. Not us, but your kids or their kids. These people arent moving to the cities. the cities are expanding. It is all about getting along.
  7. One of the best Ref/Moderation jobs I have ever seen. Good job fellas.
  8. Tughump, If you stumple around for the rest of your life, with drool running out of the corner of your mouth, mumbling about how 7A and Mexico is in Long Island or the Rockey Mountains is fine by me. But at some point, pull your head out long enough to just take a look. And you will see, you don't live and hunt in the Southern Tier. Or the Rockies. Or Long Island. I don't suffer morons well. Sorry about your home life. Laffing my ass off. Hope I didn't offend you in any way. Go crap in your hat.
  9. Tughill, I think you're talking about the southern zone. The Southern Tier is something totally different. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_Tier
  10. This deer doesn't look too sick to me and the wounds look like part of the takedown process.
  11. This guy makes so much sense I can't hardly stand it. We the hunters, the trappers, the outdoorsmen are the STEWARDS of conservation. I believe and try to practice that. Be responsible. For our children.
  12. If you know someone that has a 25.06 give it a try. A little larger bullet, faster, flatter, harder hitting and the same or less recoil. Check it out.
