What make and model are you thinking

well considering I wore spring turkey gear for the first month of bow I guess it's only fair

I don't go to the gun show but I will defiantly be at the outdoor expo next weekend

We tried crow hunting for a little bit but decided to go back after the rabbits. Hopefully hitting the honkers tomorrow

Finished off the rabbit season with a strong finished. Spent the day kicking piles and ended up with 10 in the bag.

One of my better stories is my first year hunt I was sitting at the base of a tree and my dad was off to my left. Well he ended up kicking a deer to me and this was the first deer I've ever seen while hunting well I raise my gun and shoot a few times I can't remember how many but the deer runs out of sight. My dad saw the whole thing and a yell to him is it down and he tells me yes well I get super excited thinking I've just gotten my first deer. Well my dad sees my excitement and yells well it's not down down it ran down the hill. That was defiantly a buzz kill

My uncle had a t/c encore 45/70 that thing was a little cannon broke his shooting sticks the first time he shot at a deer with it. Since our camp changed to allow rifles he converted his encore to a single shot rifle in 30/30

I like American whitetail by hornady use it in my .243 for the price point that they sell at (21.99-27.99) hard to beat. Also they are available to me more often then other manufacturers

yea I know that now but being new to bow hunting and archery in general was kinda bummed that I already need new stuff

Dicks has bear encounter and the legion<- I think it's call for 100 off ready to shoot the encounter is 300 and the higher end is 400. I got a used now this year and I think it's kinda a crap shoot. I got my 06 bear element for 200 ready to shoot but it already needs new cables and string

The 3 D range is only 5 for an hour

So yesterday a couple of buddies and my self wanted to shake some of the rust off our bows and wanted to do some shooting. We were going to go to gander but since they're remodeling we went to wolcott guns and did there simulator for a hour. It was a lot of fun and not bad 10 bucks for a hour. They also have a 30 yard range with bags 3ds and a back stop area.

I'd love to hunt tift farms south of buffalo my buddy works on it's board and found this guy stuck in the fence outside of work. It was being mauled by a bigger deer. This guy didn't make it though

Went to gander in tonawanda today because I was bored turns out they are remodeling the store. Did no one tell them that cabelas is opening up soon and they are going to be a ghost town.

You can sell it to any gun store that buys used guns if you really want to get rid of it but your going to next to nothing for it

My brother has gone out on Seneca lake the last 3 days and has be killing the perch. He said Yesterday he caught 60+ fish in 2 hours lots of little ones but a bucket full of keepers

Which part of the state do you plan on hunting?

I'd start with a Mossberg 500 combo from dicks sporting goods for around 300 bucks you can hunt anything in New York and being that deer season is short your better off with something that you can chase other game with

or you can go to the store you bought it at and they give you a new one as well within a year of purchase
