    Sorry was a bit wrong. Talked to the gun dealer where i bought the ar lower. He said legally i have to tell you that you need to build this to meet the new nys safe act laws. so sorry for any of you i mislead.

    Just read through it. Says i can't purchase an AR from a dealer. Parts in and of themselves don't constitute an AR. Yes when i get done building it, then it would fall Under AR regs which just means i have 1 yr to register It.

    So found out its only illegal to buy a fully assembled AR. No law about buying the parts and Building it yourself. Got the lower, what's would you all suggest for the rest of the gun.

    I have the brotherhood blind from them. So far so good though. Very large and super easy to put up and take down. Cross my fingers that it stays that way.

    I was thinking about picking up one of these as a camera aimed at me and a professional grade camera to film the deer.

    Got my first BB gun at age 8 father broke it in half by the time I was 9 because I got shot by it twice from letting others use it with me. Got another at 10. Got my first 22 at 12 and also a single shot 12gauge. First bow at 14. I'll be starting my daughter out with a bow early. I'm hoping around 5.

    Bow hands down. I even use it during regular season. I bring the rifle out for 1 week a year and that's only because I feel guilty dropping 1400 on a gun and scope set up and not using it.

    Im in Onondaga county. I went to the sheriffs office to get the ball rolling last may and get the paperwork. At that time the sheriff asked me if I wanted to sign up for my interview. Being that I needed 4 references, had to take my hand gun course, still had to be fingerprinted I told him i probably should wait. He laughed and said well the first available appointment was May 8th 2013. So needless to say its a year to even get the chance to hand in your paperwork and then its 6-8 weeks from then.

    Hello, My brother and I are looking to lease land for hunting. We are looking to get an early jump on the season, scouting, food plots, general qdm so a lease that starts in the spring would be best. We would be using it for bow hunting only. Would like it to be within 50 miles of syracuse if possible but willing to travel farther if price its right.
