Yes and that was the initial plan, he would need a new set up either way.     Could some one post the exact legislation proposal? I tried looking back in this post but my head was swimming in circles after reading the last 50 posts. When will we know if it passes?

    Thanks I'll try that. He wasn't really trespassing, but walking the property line in a way that he was hunting ours. I have 20 turkey's all around me, the neighbor texting me he missed one and it's headed my way, this guy in full orange waving hi to me and a deer he spooked running the other way ~~~ all at the same time lol. Can't say nothing was going on this evening;-)

    20 turkey's all around me, a guy in orange waving hi to me while I'm in a stand on my parents private land and a deer behind me after I unloaded the gun to climb down.     Watching my parents neighbors pint sized pup play in one of our fields I'm watching. He is having a blast, though not what I woke up at 4am to come watch , sometimes you just have to laugh at the situation at hand

    I say that every time I hear people emptying there guns but I've done it also. Deer still movin and I have crosshairs I'm still shooting. Especially that deer!! Cool stalking

    After not deer hunting for 12years I took it up again, sitting in a enclosed blind in Walworth not cing much. I do have to say this topic keeps me entertained on a slow day!
